Commercial Support Specialist

We are looking for a Commercial Support Specialist to manage both administrative tasks and client-facing responsibilities, collaborating with international clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. In this role, you’ll be the foundation of our team, handling inquiries, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, growth-focused relationships with customers and prospects;
• Manage client inquiries and oversee discussions related to contracts, samples, projects, and invoicing;
• Accurately process data in ERP and other relevant systems;
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of quotations and tenders;
• Partner with the headquarters team to conduct market research;
• Organize customer meetings and design impactful presentations;
• Provide essential administrative support to the supervisor and the team as needed.

• A Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent qualification;
• Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing top-level administrative skills and independence;
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing processes effectively;
• A natural talent for building relationships and persuasively engaging with clients;
• Expertise in prioritizing and filtering incoming communications to ensure smooth workflow;
• A solid grasp of automation tools and experience with MS Office, SAP, and Excel;
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level); Dutch is a bonus.
