HSE officer

As an HSE Officer, you'll be instrumental in shaping our safety culture. You will lead risk assessments, suggest improvements to production processes, and collaborate with management on crucial HSE investments. Your proactive and reactive strategies will ensure our compliance with safety regulations and corporate standards, making safety a priority across all levels.

• Identify and recommend improvements in production processes, workplace organization, machinery, and the use of hazardous substances;
• Collaborate closely with managers to ensure all employee and contractor activities adhere to HSE legal requirements;
• Evaluate proposed purchases and projects to guarantee they meet HSE standards from the start;
• Ensure compliance with global standards and oversee company-wide HSE initiatives, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;
• Conduct Risk Assessments & Evaluations (RI&E) and ensure action plans are implemented effectively;
• Provide health and safety training to employees, especially new hires, to promote a safety-first culture throughout the organization.
