Production worker concrete

As a production worker, you will play a vital role in multiple production areas, including precast concrete floors, construction elements, prefab floors, prefab walls, and ribbed floors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of production tasks such as assembling elements, placing embedded components, unloading products, and pouring concrete;
• Operating overhead cranes, hall cranes, and other essential equipment;
• Ensuring quality control throughout the production process;
• Collaborating with the team to maintain efficient, high-quality production.

• Vocational education (VMBO) level thinking and work skills;
• Strong motivation and dedication to work;
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude;
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
