Toolroom technician

• Adhering to all Health & Safety, environmental, and food safety regulations, policies, and procedures;
• Conducting visual inspections and measurements on returned and new production tools using various measuring instruments;
• Evaluating tool wear and determining whether damaged tools can be repaired or regenerated;
• Coordinating tool regeneration processes with external companies, including preparing shipments and necessary documentation;
• Logging tools and spare parts into the system accurately;
• Assessing the technical condition of assigned measuring instruments and devices;
• Calibrating measurement and testing equipment to ensure compliance with specifications;
• Establishing and maintaining a structured storage system in the tool room.

• Technical background at MBO level 4;
• Familiarity with factory processes and production tools;
• Proficiency in using, maintaining, and calibrating measuring instruments, such as micrometers, as well as test equipment and tools;
• Strong command of the English language.
