Employee finishing

As an Employee Finishing, you will independently operate multiple conventional, CNC, and NC machines. You will ensure the precision and quality of machined parts by measuring and correcting deviations according to established procedures. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, you will contribute to achieving World Class Manufacturing standards. When necessary, you will also assist other departments to maintain production flow. Your key responsibilities are:

• Operate and maintain various conventional, NC, and CNC machines;
• Machine wear parts with precision, following technical drawings;
• Inspect parts for quality using diverse measuring tools;
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to safety protocols and the 5S methodology;
• Follow company procedures, supervisor instructions and policies accurately;
• Leverage the APS system (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance production efficiency and productivity.

• Relevant experience in operating machines and working in technical environments;
• Possession of an MBO level 2 diploma, preferably in a (metal) technical field;
• Willingness to pursue additional training if required;
• Availability to work in 3 shifts and take on extra hours if necessary;
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, working both independently and accurately;
• Experience with Lean or World Class Manufacturing principles to enhance production processes.
