• Precisely crafting wooden recesses for window frames to ensure a perfect fit;
• Applying release oil with a high-pressure sprayer to enhance mold performance;
• Operating a hall crane safely to install window frames and position bars within molds;
• Refining the dumping surface for smooth and precise results;
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace to support efficient operations.

• A VMBO-level education or equivalent experience;
• Practical skills and experience in a production environment;
• Willingness to work overtime or shifts, currently in a three-shift system (normally two shifts);
• Ability to communicate effectively in Dutch or English;
• A team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
