As a Hospitality Host at EU Facility Services, the operational branch of Covebo, you’ll be the first friendly face our international employees meet when they arrive. Your role will be essential in creating a seamless and unforgettable experience for them. 

What will you do?

• Welcoming new colleagues: You’ll be the first to greet our new employees with warmth and enthusiasm, helping them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Provide valuable info: Help them understand life in the Netherlands, provide all the info they need about working at Covebo and answer any questions they may have.
• Take them to their accommodation: Ensure their living arrangements are ready and comfortable for a smooth stay.
• Coordinate and organize: Stay on top of things independently, ensuring all arrival and departure processes run smoothly.
• Communicate with your team: Act as a key point of contact between our employees and the team, making sure everyone is in the loop and all info is passed on clearly.
• Ensure top-quality accommodation: Make sure the rooms are clean, tidy and fully equipped, both when they arrive and leave.

You can truly be yourself at Covebo, but we also value being entrepreneurial and service-oriented. As an engaged and social colleague, you take a hospitable approach. You are proactive, enthusiastic, flexible and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In addition:

• You have an MBO work and thinking level.
• You have experience in a similar role or knowledge of hospitality.
• You have strong communication skills in English and preferably speak a second foreign language.
• You hold a driver’s license (B).
• You live in the region between Rotterdam and Tilburg.
• You are available full-time and flexible with your working hours (including irregular hours, weekends and evenings)
